I think you need to go to the 'Performance Talk' forum, it's at the top of the BB home page...

I just got my dart a couple weeks ago. But I plan on putting a Holley 350, @ bbl Aluminum Intake, Split Hooker headers( 2 peice) For true dual Exhaust, and a marine engine Cam. with a performance Cooling System. How much Did you mill off the head. Did You know that the the lower deck is especially thick and can safely be milled to .100 which would give your compression a dramatic boost from 8.4 to 9.2:1. But if this i attempted, the stainless steel Head gasket from a 225 marine engine

Best to put those questions in a fresh thread in the 'Performance Chat' section...

More people with more knowledge will see them there.

73 plymouth scamp, truly was my grampas car. 57,000 miles 2 door hardtop and not a scrach on it. I love it, great driver with the am radio turned up!

I've got a 1979 Dodge Diplomat 2-door. Almost all original but getting a little rusty around the read quarters. I've been using it as a winter car for the last 5 years.

Mt first car was a 1970 Plymouth Duster with the slant six. Boy was that car basic! Slant six, three speed auto. Manual steering, manual brakes, 4-wheel drum brakes. If you wanted to stop you had to plan ahead!

There should be plenty of help here and maybe also at slantsix.org, if you want to go there too (no need to restrict yourself to just one site!)...

But it's best if you start a new thread, for your car you do this in the Vintage forum, for your engine use this one.

I purchased s 1966 Polara with a slant six 225. Big car, small engine, and no power steering! But it runs quite well with 39,000 original.

My 225 is in a 800 John Deere swather. No clutch, no tranny, has a variable speed belt drive with a top end of 7 mph!! lol, never smoked a tire yet! It dates back to the early 80's and has never been rebuilt.

Come on Baron, whack a Poly into it!

You've got to learn to put some strain on those drive belts...
