Default Bank heist

Have you guys ever heard of the story of when thieves made one of the notorious, cunning heists ever and used a Superbird for the get away car? I think they either robbed a casino or bank I dont remember. Their car was a Vitamin C orange Plymouth Superbird with a 440+6 under the hood. It was an amazing car. The FBI confescated it then sold it off in an auction it sits in Auburn IN right now. thats all I remember from the Magazine article I read, but once I get the magazine back from my grandpa I'll be sure to fill you in on the rest of the story.

My first Mopar was a robin's egg blue '66 Dodge pickup! I gave $60 for it. I had a lot of fun with that old truck.

After that, as they say, the rest is history!

I have quite a bit in my Mopar collection. Some NOS dealer promotion items from the 60s and 70s, plus a few tons of factory service manuals from when I was with the Dodge dealership.....then, I have those nice Mopar blueprints that I collected for building some American Muscle....and there is an engine stand in the kitchen for my next project this winter!

Yeah, I guess that I do know a bit about Mopars...Heck, I even have a Mopar tattoo!
