Just wanted to say HI 70 Challenger Vs Duster
A few weeks ago I was waiting for a light behind a 71-72 Duster, it looked very nice. I was on my 1970 Challenger. I pulled it down into second and tryed to pull up next when he thinks I want to race, the streets were almost deserted as it was 6:15 on a sunday.
It took until the speed was 80 to 100 when I pulled a fender ahead and we slowed for the next light. His yellow 12.8 sec small block very nice, mine Yellow and primer very rough body but motor is 451 that I was very close to completing I ported the 906 matched the team G intake to the ports. Crowler 282 hyd came rest valve train Mopar Performance lifters and crane pushrods, activating isky rockers. Headers to 3" with 1 chamber flowmasters. 727 feeding 8 3/4. I just sold it to a member here but I do not know his name. Wild 1 |

I got a new '70 Duster 340 back when 1970 cars were new and my mom, who was a Deputy Sherriff, liked it so much that she sold her '63 Chrysler 300 to get a new '71 Duster 340 a year later.
A friend just finished restoring his '71 'Cuda in the original yellow with white side stripes. Looks beautiful. So, now that you sold your ride, what do you drive, or are you a pedestrian? |
