A wild Time was had at the Kuhmo Tires IHRA Street Warriorz event, Saturday Night Feb. 25th. At Immokalee Regional Raceway.
Fans were lined up for miles to get in the gates and it was worth the wait.
Not only was there Legal Street racing (No cops, No tickets attitude), There was Tim Arfons, (Son of Art Arfons (Green Monster fame) and the "We will race for beer" Jet powered, Yes, Jet powered bar stool making 330 foot runs in just over 10 seconds! Along with the Wild and Woolly Stunt Motorcycle riders entertaining the huge crowd with the usual crazy antics. There was also a Show and Shine, Car stereo blaster sound off, Burn out contest and a Fugly car contest.
Kuhmo Tires, The main sponsor had a great display trailer next to the main stage where such events as the "Frozen" wet tee shirt contest, Push up contest,
Banana eating contest, Girl grind off and the highlight of the night the
"Barely Legal Bikini Contest" presented by Penthouse.
There was over 3,800 Street Warriorz were in attendance, A record crowd for the raceway, and a good time was had by all.
