Whats the car show name? If its that Winter Chrysler Classic swap meet, then expect to bring a LOT of cash. I went to it two years ago and didnt come back with anything, the prices were outrageous for e-body stuff. One guy had a 318 Barracuda conv, that he cloned into a 383 cuda conv and he wanted 50k for it! and it looked like it had a 10 year old paint job! On the other hand, there was a very nice 68 GTX that was for sale for 12.5k and it was mint condition with a numbers matching drivetrain, it was a real bargain, only problem was that it was F8 green. I'll probably head down there this year too because I need a couple of trans parts and I read somewhere that brewers or passon is going to be there. You wouldnt happen to have a spare e-body tail shaft for an 833?? or a 3.91 gear, 489 case suregrip???......

Sorry to say that I won't be able to make it, I'm not exactly rolling in cash right at the moment. Just a little input on that GTX... come on, F8 is a great color. Granted, it's no Plum Crazy, but then again, what is?

It is a beautiful color when its new and on a sunny day, but at night it just looks black, on cloudy days it looks dull, and its not a real head turner. My challenger was orignally F8, but I like real bright cars that stick out, so im painting it go-mango.

This may be sacralige, but BMW Torred was made for a e body. Its RED in any light. I always thought a Cuda should be black but when we pulled into the yard where my 70 was, I said, that cars goin home with me. My wife claims I gave him the bank draft when he went to shake my hand.

This year the show should be better as they have moved it again, This year it is at the Ohio State Fairgrounds, Exit 17th Avenue. It is always a good show . Bring lots of cash. MiMAX :
