Default Where to find a heater core? 1967 Coronet 318 WITH factory A/C

Everyone seems to carry the heater cores for cars WITHOUT factory AC.

Anyone have any suggestions where I can find one for cars WITH factory AC?

You should be able to get that at most any auto parts store. If they don't have it in stock, they can normally order it and have it in less than a week.

The Paddock has this -

66-73 FOUR SEASONS HEATER CORE
REPLACE THAT LEAKING HEATER CORE BEFORE IT MAKES A MESS OUT OF YOUR NEWLY RESTORED MUSCLE CAR. 12 MONTH/12,000 MILE WARRANTY.
FITS: 66-67 (EXC. DART) WITH OR WITHOUT AIR 68 (EXC. ATC) WITHOUT AIR 69 CORONET & BELVEDERE WITHOUT AIR 70 CHARGER, CORONET & SATELLITE WITHOUT AIR 71-73 DODGE WITHOUT UPPER LEVEL VENT, WITHOUR AIR

Product Number PAD02189

Price:$85.95

Thanks, I will check it out. For some reason, when I searched at Paddock/Year One, I didn't see that one.

Based on the description, it would appear that both the AC and non-AC units were the same, for your car. Based on that, I would check to see if your local auto parts store has it for less.

With and without AC are different. Talked to a tech at Four Seasons...he said that one that works WITH factory AC doesn't exist in their product line.

Any other suggestions?

Worst case, you could remove yours and take it to a radiator repair shop. They should be able to fix it up.

Ok, this officially sucks...

here's what Year One had to say:

The heater core for the car with a/c is quite different and the ‘without a/c’ heater core does not work even with modification. Your options include finding a source with a new Chrysler or aftermarket core, obtaining a used core in good or repairable condition, or repairing the existing core. Check hemmings.com for sources.

We hope this helps.

What size is the heater core, is it 8" High, 6 3/4" wide, and 2" deep? If so we know where you can get the heater core we mentioned, it is for 71-74 B bodies, and 70-74 E bodies, if the tubes don't line up, with your firewall holes, it's not nothing a little fabrication couldn't fix. Depending on the size, there is a lot of options open to getting a heater core that will fit and be properly functional.
