Just the typical areas on any 40 year old car or older. Trunk floor, around the trunk seals, seams, bottoms of the quarter panels, door bottoms interior floor especially on hardtops if the carpet has gotten wet.
Knowing the car's previous history helps, was it garaged, left outside in a wet state, kept clean, etc, etc...
I've never known 66-67 B-bodys to ever be especially prone to rusting no more than any other similar aged car and better than several of the competition's vehicles which I won't mention here.

Do they have problems in the plenum area?

Only if they've set neglected for some time with a bunch of leaves or other trash buildup, I expect. I've had problems on early A-bodies in that area, but not so much on B's unless it's a pretty deteriorated vehicle.

Ben's '64 had some problems there, but they came from mice...

Worth checking all the same. And around the corners of the windows.
