And heres an engine shot. The paint and chrome on my Roadrunner is the original, it hasn't been repainted or rechromed yet.

My Dodge

Ain't done much to 'er yet besides things that have needed to be done-

dstryr: Love your car......I've always wanted a Runner, Plus those wheels make it look awesome. I will have that look on my Challenger but with a Chrome center cap white Tyre writing and chrome wheel nuts

NZ,

Thanks, It will be a few years before I start on a resto. Its pretty clean but has some rust in the floors and rear quarters. For now, it is driveable so I take it out on weekends and play with imports.

Don't you mean take it out for lunch? I've seen a few awesome photos of Runners doing awesome launches!! The ones I've seen were pretty much stock under the hood but they tweaked there suspension some-what

Dstryr: Here is an awesome launch from either a Super Bee or Roadrunner I always get mixed up I think it's a '68 Superbee. I know it has a Six-Pak under that hood.........Still, Looks like a Runner though

NZ,
Great pic, thanks!! You're right, have rice for lunch.
I just saw your restoration pics. Every time I see all of you guys making progress it reassures me that I will get mine done someday, also. I look forward to seeing your car when its finished.

Regards,
Frank

Cheers Frank
Yeah progress must be restorers favorite word Yip, I can't wait till I can at least crank her over.........Ahhhhhh I'll just sit there for a few minutes in a complete trance listening to the Magnum sing a song for me I love to see other peoples cars all finished and ready to roll!
I was told by my painter it was going to be the end of the year around december before he can get my car in there and start, when he told me I thought it was like 3-4 Months away After hanging up the phone I realized that it was not as far away as I thought, it was only 6-8 Weeks
I'm looking at around March/April before it will be drivable
