Question Z-bar lengths?

I have recently got a hold of a couple Z-bars for 67-76 A-body mopars. There are two different lenghts. I know the Z-bar for a big block was much shorter than that of the normal small block. Was there a different lenght for slant six or was it the same as the small block? if some one could give me the lenght of a small block z-bar i would be greatful. Thanks for the help.

I'd sure like to know the length for a big-block a-body z-bar...I've got a 69 cuda with a 440 auto, and a couple 4 speeds sitting in the corner that look bored.
Got everything except the big-block z-bar
The one in the wifes car is about 7 inches...its tough to measure installed though (71 duster 340 4spd)

I have a 340 ZBar someplace in the garage I'll try to get you the length today. As far as the length of the slant six length I don't know My guess wold be the same as the 340. Rich.

I also have a4speed just sitting there saying use me and abuse me but I keep talking myself out of it one of these days I'll get up what it takes. You could try Brewers for your Z Bar and whatever else you need But grab a hold of your check book cause it will hurt. Rich.

So hard to keep clear thoughts on it huh? I flip flop every week. One week its "honey, can I buy the z-bar"...next week its "honey can I buy a new torque converter?" One of these days shes going to order one of them for me so I'll quit asking. I did that with the 440 vs 340 question until she said just order the 440 headers, you wont be happy unless you've got a big block! I love her!

That's it blow the 727 this summer! Beg for parts for 4Speed! Nope will never work It was pretty hard telling her why I had to spend almost $600.00 on a set of headers. Especially after telling her I was spending $400.00 on a set of headers to put a 383 in 4 years before that. (GOT BORED) HeHeHe!!!
Rich.
