wow, thats alot of info for one post and would probably take forever to answer. some of it can be answered fairly quickly. Get a catalog such as year one or summit and look for the parts that you need and see if the part number is the same for other years. Alot of times they will tell you right in there what years and engines will use the same thing.

We would also need a little more info on your car to answer this. We know its a 318, but which trans does it have? 727 or 904, also which rear end is in it? For the interior and exterior parts we need to know if its a 2 door or 4 door, and if its a dart swinger or the dart sport. the more info you can provide, the better we can do helping.

As far as mechanical on a 318 they are the same all the way back to the originals. Water pump, alternator, starter, trans, carb. Nothing really changed drastically untill they went to the magnum heads. If you are looking for engine parts for a mid 70's small block they can be found just about anywhere. Internal engine can be found at any good parts store. Starters same thing. Electrical (relays, electronic ignition and such) again can be found at a good parts store. Brakes and brake hardware can be found easily as well. Transmission will either be a 904 or a smallblock 727. The 727 might be a little better but some will argue the opposite. Axles, bearings, shocks, ball joints, tie rods, idler arms, pitman arms, can all be found at parts stores. The Dart was such a huge selling car they still carry many parts for them. Engine intakes especially aftermarket are plentiful. Mancini racing is a very good source for Mopar parts and since they only do Mopar they know what they are talking about.
