Wheel Enlarging
I was shocked that Stockton Wheels has suddenly closed. Is there another shop that can change my 14" wheels to 15"ers?

I've heard of widening wheels, but never of changing the diameter. I believe you'd need a whole new wheel. There are plenty of places left that can make any diameter/width wheel you want. Try Wheel Vintiques. http://www.shopvintagewheels.com/15x...-bs/p/WV56006/

Several months ago there was an article in one of the Chrysler specialty magazines about Stockton wheel. It explained how they take 14" ralleys and road wheels and change them to 15 x 8s.

correct, because the centers are the same diameter. While the hoops are different diameters (14" or 15") they were designed for the same "centers". Most notably on rallye rims, keeping tooling costs down.
