Actually, he may have been flaring off the hydrogen in the water and then burning it. Penn State University is preparing a paper on this very subject.

They use high frequency radio waves to separate the H from the 20 in the H2O and have gotten great results. It was recently on the discovery channel!

Yea i know the guys up there working on it. The one that was published in the papers and stuff i had not heard anything else about. College professors will get away with more. The guy used different types of swamp water and other water. Yea i believe the radio waves seperated the hydrogen from the water and thats what burned. Its pretty cool to me.
