Default lock up torque converter

hello, I have a 95 dakota w/lockup converter. latley it only
locks up when engine is cold to slightly warm. converter no longer locks when engine is at norm operating temp.
anyone out there have similar problem or any idea whats going on?????

Kinda sounds like a seal is leaking by when the fluid gets hot.
