1997 wrangler starting problem

i have a 1997 jeep wrangler and i'm having problems with it starting. it will roll over for about 10 to 15 sec before it starts. any ideas. it doesn't have spark untill it fires. i've replaced the batt. and the oil sensor.

is the check engine light on?. i have seen long crank time be a weak/draining back fuel pump in the tank. could be a cam sensor or crank sensor. being everything is electronic makes it hard to diagnose over the chat room.

couple of suggestions. check the tune, plugs, wires. check compression. even though it's electronic, a lot is still the same old thing. so check the simple stuff. if that checks out, you might want to get it scanned. I believe the scan can check fuel pump pressure as well as the electronics. if it starts hard when cold, there is a circuit for cold starting that could be having trouble.
