Hi new to Jeeps

Finally got my CJ5 sorted out enough to drive. New to this forum but some of you might have seen my posts on other forums.

Work so far on CJ5 replaced 3 speed transmision case and most of the geers in it. Rebuilt dana 18 t case, just replaced rear dana 44. Only non stock parts are the 16" factory wheels and 235 16 tires. Also changed to all right hand wheel studs.

With all that work the 60Db whine when ever I was not on the gas is gone. It still has a light noise from t- case when I decellerate(sp). The local 4 wheel supplier susested that I rebuilt the t care wrong, he said the manuals are mostly wrong, but for 900.00 he will fix it. Any one heard of this manual errror on Dana 18s.

So after 6 months and almost 3K in parts I have 5 miles on jeep
